Finding Center and Studio 74 Pilates present the first in a series of quarterly workshops:
Psychology and Pilates: Exploring the Instructor-Client Relationship In this workshop, we will explore the experience of providing a one-on-one client-based service with the goal of gaining tools for improving your practice for both you and your clients. Concepts from the field of psychology will help reveal aspects of the instructor-client relationship that are more influenced by personality than technical ability. We will look at issues such as scope of practice and maintaining clear boundaries. Through discussion and experiential exercises, you will examine and share your work experiences with other Pilates instructors.
